1. Purpose and acceptance
This document regulates the General Terms and Conditions applicable to the purchase of products through the website:

Browsing the Site and/or making a purchase implies full acceptance of these Conditions, as well as:

The user declares:
- to be over 18 years of age
- to have legal capacity to contract
Aura Maya may modify these conditions at any time. The conditions in force at the time of purchase will apply.
The contracting language is Spanish. In case of discrepancy between translated versions of the website, the Spanish version will prevail.

3. Requirements for contracting
The user guarantees that the data provided during the purchase process is truthful and complete.
The user may correct errors in the data entered before finalizing the purchase process.
Aura Maya reserves the right to cancel orders when there are reasonable indications of fraud, misuse of the service, or incorrect data that prevents the proper execution of the contract.
4. Contracting process
To place an order:
- select products
- add to cart
- complete data
- confirm order
Before finalizing the purchase, the user will see:
- price
- applicable taxes
- shipping costs
- final total amount
The contract is formalized when the user receives electronic confirmation of the order.
All orders are subject to product availability.
Aura Maya may cancel orders in case of:
- obvious technical error
- lack of availability
- reasonable indications of fraud
5. Prices, taxes and payment methods
The prices shown on the website include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations.
International orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning Aura Maya assumes import costs, duties, and applicable taxes at destination, with no additional charges for the customer upon delivery.
Available payment methods:
- credit/debit card
- PayPal
- Bizum
Aura Maya does not store full card details. Payments are processed through certified secure platforms.
6. Shipping and delivery
Orders will be shipped after payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country.
This period is indicative and may be affected by:
- logistical incidents
- periods of high demand
- local holidays
- operational transport controls
- external circumstances beyond Aura Maya's reasonable control
The risk of the products is transferred to the consumer at the time of physical receipt of the order.
If delivery cannot be made due to reasons attributable to the customer, Aura Maya may charge for the resulting logistical costs.
7. Right of withdrawal
The user has a legal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without needing to provide justification.
Aura Maya extends this period commercially to 30 calendar days from receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it will be necessary to contact in advance:
Products must be returned:
- in original condition
- without signs of use
- with original packaging
The customer will be responsible for shipping the product until its receipt by Aura Maya.
Return costs will be borne by the customer except in case of:
- defective product
- incorrect product
- error attributable to Aura Maya
Earrings can only be returned if the hygienic seal remains intact.
8. Exchanges and defective products
Size or product changes can be requested within the period established in the Exchanges and Returns Policy.
The logistical conditions applicable to the exchange may vary depending on the destination country and will be confirmed by the customer service team before processing the request.
In case of:
- defective product
- incorrect product
Aura Maya will cover the costs associated with managing the exchange or refund.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Warranty
All products sold by Aura Maya have the legal conformity guarantee applicable in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
For consumers residing in the European Union, this warranty will last for 3 years from the delivery of the product and covers manufacturing defects or lack of conformity.
Additionally, Aura Maya offers a voluntary lifetime commercial warranty on the color of the PVD coated 316L stainless steel jewelry, which covers color loss or coating defects under normal use conditions.
This commercial warranty:
covers
- abnormal color loss
- coating defects
- defects arising from the manufacturing process
does not cover
- damage from bumps or drops
- improper handling
- wear due to improper use
- exposure to chemical products
- alterations made by third parties
- any cause unrelated to the quality of the material or manufacturing process
To make use of the warranty, it will be necessary to:
- present proof of purchase
- contact the customer service team in advance
Aura Maya will evaluate each case individually according to the described conditions.
This commercial warranty is additional and does not affect the consumer's legal rights under applicable regulations.
10. Force majeure
Aura Maya will not be liable for delays or non-compliance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- climatic events
- logistical incidents
- network interruptions
- labor disputes
- extraordinary situations

12. International Sales
Aura Maya conducts international sales.
In certain countries, imperative consumer protection regulations of the customer's country of residence may apply, which will be respected to the extent legally required.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
If the client is a consumer:
- residents in the European Union: courts of the consumer's domicile
- residents outside the European Union: Spanish legislation unless mandatory local regulations apply
14. Modification of conditions
Aura Maya may modify these conditions at any time.
Purchases made will be governed by the conditions in force at the time of the order.
