Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process based on:

- order amount

Taxes and customs
International orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.
This means that Aura Maya assumes the import costs, duties, and applicable taxes at destination, so the customer will not have to pay additional charges upon delivery.
In case of shipment rejection by the recipient or impossibility of delivery due to reasons beyond Aura Maya's control, logistical costs derived from the transport and return of the order may be deducted.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
In case of an error in the provided address that prevents delivery, Aura Maya may pass on additional logistical costs arising from the re-shipment of the order.
Failed delivery attempts
If the carrier cannot complete delivery after the usual attempts and the order is returned to the origin due to reasons attributable to the customer, Aura Maya may pass on the costs derived from the new shipment.
Transfer of responsibility
The risk of the order is transferred to the customer when the product is delivered to the recipient indicated in the order.
Acceptance of shipping policy
